We wanted to start up projects in India this year, but Covid is throwing a spanner in the works for the second year. As everyone knows, the situation in India is very serious and our help is vital. There is a lack of everything, especially oxygen. People in the small villages who become infected with Covid and need oxygen have almost no chance. Hospitals are overcrowded if they can reach them at all.
That is why we have started a fundraising campaign to purchase as many mobile oxygen devices as possible. They cost € 500.00 each.
A team from our collaboration partner in India, with expert volunteers, is able to distribute these devices and provide oxygen to Covid patients in remote villages. And the great thing is, the devices can be used again and again because they can make oxygen themselves.
